Natalia Naranjo Ramos has 10 years of professional experience in tourism and local development, ecotourism and communitarian-based tourism, international relations and strategic business relations. She has worked in a variety of projects in Colombia, Peru and Spain with a diverse group of stakeholders including communities, public and private sectors, as well as non-governmental organizations.

Natalia is a dynamic leader. She has facilitated training and workshops to groups in rural communities, collaborated in the planning and development of several sustainable tourism initiatives and local development.

She is currently a lecturer at the Universidad Externado de Colombia, she works to strengthen Colombian nature and responsible tourism and continues to offer her consulting services with CaLatam.

Natalia has an undergraduate degree in finance, government and international relations from the Universidad Externado de Colombia and a Master’s degree in environmental intervention from University of Barcelona, Spain.

Jorge Moller Started with ecotourism in 1985 in the South of Chile, always aware of bringing environmental educational perspective into the experiences build up. Owner of Darwin’s Trails Chile is a joint English / Chilean inbound Tour Operator with 20 years of experience with the ethos of providing real local colour experiences and local people contact for clients visiting Chile and Patagonia.  Working as a consultant with local  indigenous communities such as the Mapuches, Likan Antai and Rapa-Nui to provide them tools for a sustainable development. Part of the board of the Chilean Tourism Bureau where he works hard to promote our country in a sustainable way so as to include all type of experiences around the multiple Chilean territories. Strategic partner of Fedetur (installing the Sustainable Distinction “S” in Hotels and Tour Operators coming up…), Teacher at the Universidad Católica. Participated in the early Adopter Program in Chile and had the privilege to expose in Bonito Brazil. Jorge was instrumental in the cofounding and development of the South American Sustainable Tourism Network (SAST Network) which came into existence after this year’s GSTC annual meeting and the ESTC in Bonito, Brazil. Jorge is also GSTC Country Representative and trainer in ­Chile.
